Coaching
I
offer coaching services to both individuals and businesses.
Coaching sessions are approximately 1/2 hour to one hour in
length and last for approximately 12
weeks (depending on the coaching issues). All clients receive
a
30 minute, FREE consultation. During the consultation we
discuss
goals/objectives for the coaching relationships, parameters, commitment
levels and determine if we are a "fit". After the initial
consultation, there will be a 2 hour "intake" session followed by a
series of coaching sessions based on the agreed upon objectives.

During the intake session we may or may
not use assessments. Typical assessments are the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®
(MBTI®) and the Strong
Interest Inventory®.
The MBTI® is used as a general personality type indicator and
the
Strong Interest Inventory® is a general career interest assessment
diagnostic tool.
Pricing for personal coaching depends on
the length of these sessions, number of sessions and assessments used.
Besides one-on-one coaching services, I offer many
"self-study" courses through the use of CD, DVD, Audio, ebooks and
other such means. You can view all products offered on my Resources page.
Businesses may select the option of a long-term
contract
to "lock-in" a set number of hours per month based on their
organizational need. Terms of the "lock-in" would be
negotiated.

Training
I
offer customizable training events based on a business need.
You
do not have to be using my coaching services to contract for my
training services. All training is private, i.e. for your
business only. Training content, logistics and costs are
negotiated.

Speaking
I
am available for not-for-profit organizations. Speaches are
typically 30-45 minutes in length. New topics are added
often.
If the focus of your meeting is not reflected in the list of
topics above, in may be in the works or I may be able to create
something in time for you. There is NO charge for these
speaking
engagements.
